MuscleLabsRX has plenty of articles on workout plans/workout routines to get you in shape.

Routines for Men

Now is as good a time as any to focus on getting your body into the best shape possible.

Whether you want to build muscle or completely transform your body, if you follow the right workout routine for men, you will get exactly what you need. (No! It’s never too late to start bodybuilding, here’s the proof.)

Finding the right workout routine, however, is tough. You see, in order to progress, you need to find a workout that appeals to you and is feasible based on your abilities.

Workouts for Women

Finding your fave type of workout is a lot like picking a favorite ice cream flavor: There are so many to choose from, and everyone’s taste is a bit different. Plus, different flavors work better on different days to suit different moods.

4 Types of exercise:

Exercise and physical activity fall into four basic categories—endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility. Most people tend to focus on one activity or type of exercise and think they’re doing enough. Each type is different, though.

Endurance

Also called aerobic activity, endurance activity includes activities that increase your breathing and heart rate such as walking, jogging, swimming, and biking. Endurance activity keeps your heart, lungs and circulatory system healthy and improves your overall fitness.

Strength

Strength training is a type of physical activity specializing in the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction which builds the strength, anaerobic endurance, and size of skeletal muscles

Balance

Balance, important to maintain or improve stability. This is especially important for older adults, who may be at an increased risk of falls and injury.

Flexibilty

Flexibility or limberness refers to the range of movement in a joint or series of joints, and length in muscles that cross the joints to induce a bending movement or motion. Flexibility varies between individuals, particularly in terms of differences in muscle length of multi-joint muscles.
